Oh, I can imagine the comments are tough. We just had our house appraised for a refi and it was about all I Could take to have the appraiser come through… I can’t imagine ever selling my house (even though I know it’s inevitable someday). Keep your chin up, your house rocks!

Wow….We are currently getting our house ready for the possibility of selling it..and I am not looking forward to the whole process. Wishing for you a fast home sale with only good comments from now on.
That is just an excuse. Whatever happened to don’t say anything if you don’t have something good to say? Someone told people in our neighborhood who are selling that they didn’t want the house because of the popcorn ceilings. So redo them. Yeah, it’s a pain to do it, but it’s not impossible.

Your roof is too high? I can’t really remember what your house looks like (do you have an online listing?), but from memory it’s not “too high”!
